Lowfield Timber Frames Ltd is one of the leading timber frame manufacturers in the area; providing structural kits for a number of exciting projects throughout the UK.  We are looking for an important team member to join our current Contracts Managers

The role will involve attend pre-contracts / site meetings throughout the UK, carrying out site survey for access and slab accuracy. You will be liaising between the design department and the clients on programme, scaffolding requirements etc. to ensure the smooth running of site operations.

The successful applicant would benefit from keen computer skills, particularly in MS Project, and an understanding of the construction industry, including Method Statements & Risk Assessments, would be preferred but not essential as training will be given. A driving license is essential for this post.
